Subaru roadside services are provided to you by Subaru of America, Inc. ("Subaru") through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., Medford, Massachusetts 02155, except in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin, and Wyoming where services are provided through Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc., 333 Bush Street, San Francisco, California 94104 ("CCMC"). Road hazard tire protection services are also provided to you by Subaru, with the claim administration managed by CCMC or its affiliates (this service is limited to purchasers of Gold Plus plans).
Roadside benefits cover the owner of the vehicle identified in the vehicle service contract, while operating the vehicle, as well as other drivers that are using the vehicle with the owner's permission.
The benefits cover your passenger vehicle. Coverage does not extend to other vehicles that you may own; and commercial vehicles are not eligible for coverage.

Towing and roadside assistance services are available to you on a sign and drive basis, subject to your 24-hour Roadside Assistance plan and coverage terms. To obtain service:
The program covers the owner for road service disablements such as flat tires, dead batteries, out of gas, or lockouts. Coverage is provided for up to $100 per event (except for Added Security Certified Pre-Owned Powertrain plans, and Certified Pre-Owned Classic plans, where coverage is limited to up to $50 per event).
Coverage includes:
Battery Boost – If the vehicle won't start due to a dead or weak battery.
Flat Tire Service – If the vehicle has a flat tire, your inflated spare tire will be installed.
Fuel Delivery – If the vehicle runs out of gas, an emergency supply will be delivered to you. The cost of fuel is covered up to 2 gallons.
Winching – If the vehicle is stuck in the mud, sand, or snow, services will be provided to free your vehicle.
You are entitled to emergency lockout service to help you gain entry to your locked vehicle, for up to $100 per event (except for Added Security Certified Pre-Owned Powertrain plans, and Certified Pre-Owned Classic plans, where coverage is limited to up to $50 per event).
If the service provider can't fix the problem on the spot, your vehicle will be towed to the closest Subaru dealer or your preferred repair facility that is within 25 miles of the closest dealer. You are covered for up to $100 per event (except for Added Security Certified Pre-Owned Powertrain plans, and Certified Pre-Owned Classic plans, where coverage is limited to up to $50 per event).
To be eligible for reimbursement for towing or roadside assistance services secured independently of the Subaru Added Security 24-hour Roadside Assistance program, you must have obtained prior authorization from one of our Service Specialists. To be considered for reimbursement, you are required to submit all paid and itemized receipts to Cross Country, within 30 days of disablement. All receipts must be from the company providing you with the covered goods or services. When submitting a claim please include your name, membership number, address and daytime phone number. Mail your reimbursement request to:

Assistance received from private citizens is not covered and is not reimburseable.
Under Wisconsin law, residents are not limited to 30 days to file a reimbursement claim.
For Gold Plus service contract plans, your original tires will be covered during the first 50,000 miles of the plan term against repairable leaks or punctures from potholes, nails, glass and other road hazards not covered by the tire manufacturer's warranty. You will be paid a prorated cost up to $300 for a repair or replacement based on remaining tire tread.
Under Wisconsin law, residents are not limited to 30 days to file a reimbursement claim.
For requests for reimbursements related to tire repair or replacement (up to a maximum of $300), you must submit a letter requesting reimbursement for a tire repair or replacement, setting forth the following items: (i) the date of tire damage; (ii) the full VIN # and Service Contract number; (iii) the mileage of the vehicle at the time of the repair or replacement; (iv) the reason for tire repair or replacement (what happened that caused the damage); and (v) a copy of the dealer's repair order (must be on the official form of the dealership or repair shop), which must include (A) the tread depth of the damaged tire and (B) the repair or replacement tire cost (which may include costs of mounting, balancing, valve stem, tire pressure sensor, tax, and disposal fee).
The reimbursement letter must be mailed to Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., Claims Department, P.O. Box 9145, Medford, MA 02155 within thirty (30) days of the repair or replacement, accompanied by the bill and verification records requested previously.

Travel Assistance Benefit Guidelines
The terms of the Travel Assistance services offered under your Subaru Added Security contract are provided below:
Your membership was designed with your privately- owned non-commercial passenger car in mind. Cross Country Motor Club offers full Emergency Towing, Road and Lockout service for all self-propelled, four- wheel vehicles designed, licensed, and used for private on-road transportation, and trucks with a carrying capacity of up to 2,000 pounds, subject to exclusions noted elsewhere herein.
All parts, labor and supplies provided while at an auto repair shop or service station.
Towing to a second location from the original destination to accommodate the driver.
Any and all fines or ambulance charges.
Rental of towing equipment.
Towing at the direction of a law enforcement officer relating to impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking or other violations of law or towing by other than a licensed service station or garage.
Installation or removal of snow tires, repairs to studs, mounting and dismounting snow chains.
Cost of tire repair or installation of a new tire on the wheel.
Shoveling snow from around a vehicle.
Vehicle storage charges, cost of parts and installation of products, materials, impoundment, and additional labor relating to towing.
Benefits are not applicable if the need for service arises out of or in connection with an act of God, war, insurrection, riot, terrorism, etc.
More than one service for the same service type within any consecutive seven (7) day period.
Service performed for a vehicle not in a safe position to be towed or otherwise serviced.
